Michael Shea Diamonds has agreed to the following terms of optional layaway plan for payment of item(s). Terms are as stated, 20% of total selling price is expected as an initial payment of desired item. The balance of the purchased item can be sent as partial payments at buyer’s discretion but suggested at a minimal or 10% of original balance monthly to avoid long term payment plans.

To Purchase from our website please send us an email stating desired product, SKU# and details (ie) ring size and gold choice. We will send you a confirmation of request and initial payment invoice.

An initial payment request ( invoice ) will be emailed for the 20%, or more, down payment and must be paid to start the process. A Payment / Purchase confirmation will then be emailed showing product information, payment amount and balance due. Buyer will then request payment invoices, via Email, at their leisure. Payment request invoices will be receipts of payments and emails will be sent to buyer showing payments made and balance remaining.

Payments are made, via Paypal invoicing.  A valid email address is required from the buyer that all invoices will be sent to. Paypal invoicing has the option of payment using an existing Paypal account or payment with most major credit cards. An established paypal account is not required. Payments can also be processed via credit card through our company per phone order or email. When payments are made via credit card phone orders, the following information is required: Buyers full name on account, Billing address and zip code on account, Credit card number, V-code on back of card and Expire date. Personal credit card information will be on file, safe and secure, for the term of the plan but will be discarded/deleted when account is paid in full.

There are no interest charges applied to this plan although if payment plan is cancelled before balance is paid in full only 80% of paid balance will be refunded.

All terms and policies apply to this type of transaction as with any other purchase (as stated on all venues).

All custom design orders are non-refundable Including requested changes to existing designs or custom engraved or marked items.

All items will be held until they are paid in full and will then be shipped at no charge for domestic purchases. International purchases will be subject to shipping charges that will already be applied to final selling price. Michael Shea Diamonds Inc. will not be responsible for any custom or duty fees/taxes that may apply to purchases outside the United States.
